This page is a static site. It has no forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies. Nothing you do here is tracked, profiled, or shared, and no account is required to read it.

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard web request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested — to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. That is ordinary hosting infrastructure, not a profile of you.

If you email us

Mail sent to an @letterbatch.com address is received through Microsoft 365. We use what you send only to answer you. We do not add you to a marketing list from a support message.

Recipient data in the product

letterbatch is a business tool that turns a spreadsheet into personalized letters and emails. It does that work inside your own web browser. Your spreadsheets, recipient lists, and generated documents are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored by us.

You are the sender of everything you produce. letterbatch packages the output and hands it back to you to send through your own systems.

Customers receive the full product privacy terms, covering account and billing information, when their account is set up. letterbatch is invite-only right now.
